The below policies are strictly enforced and are in line with industry standards.  If you have questions please feel free to email us at service@holdergolf.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

Items purchased as a CLEARANCE SALE item are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

Exchanges

Summary:

  • 30 day return window.

  • Putter must be in like new condition.
  • No fee, 100% credit for original purchase given by way of store credit discount code.

Details:

If within 30 days of purchase you'd like to exchange your new putter* for a different length or style, visit our Exchange/Return System (Click Here). Once the form is submitted we will within 5 business days send you an email a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the putter.  If the putter you are exchanging is in like new condition when we receive it, we will email you a store credit code for the cost of the putter you purchased** that can be used at checkout when you order a new putter style/length.

This exchange does not extend the 30 day return for refund policy.  That 30 days begins on the purchase date of the original order.

We limit this offer to one exchange per customer order.

*We only allow exchanges of putters sold as new. Grips and putters sold as clearance, demos, used or factory seconds are not included in this policy.

** If your putter was purchased at a sale price that is no longer available, your store credit will cover the current price for the same putter. 

** Original shipping charges are not included in the store credit refund.

Limited 30 Day Return for Refund Policy

  • $20 fee will be subtracted from refund to cover the original shipping charges.

Details:

For direct purchases from HolderGolf.com and shipped within the contiguous US*; if within 30 (Thirty) days of your original purchase date**, you are not satisfied with your new*** Holder Golf LLC putter, you can send the undamaged, like new putter back to us and receive a refund of your purchase minus a $20 Return Fee.

To initiate a return, visit our Exchange/Return System (Click Here). Once the form is submitted we will within 5 business days send you an email a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the putter. **** 

Once we receive it and inspect it for damage, if it is in like new, undamaged condition, we will refund the purchase price of the putter minus a $20 Return Fee – Return shipping charges are not included in this refund. The retail price of any head cover not returned with the putter will be subtracted from the refund amount.

We define like new condition as a putter free of wear and tear, scratches, dings and marks.  We will not give a full refund for a damaged club.  Any slightly damaged club sent (scratches, paint chips, etc.) will be charged an additional $20 Damage Fee in addition to the standard Return Fee. Any badly damaged putter sent (chipped head, broken shaft, etc.) or modified putter (re-gripped, altered shaft, etc.) will not receive a refund and will not be returned. We retain the right to reduce or refuse a refund without notice based solely on our subjective inspection of the club.  IF YOUR PUTTER IS DAMAGED, DO NOT INITIATE RETURN UNLESS YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE POLICIES.

*This offer is only valid for clubs purchased directly from HolderGolf.com and DOES NOT apply to purchases made from other suppliers/sellers of the Holder Golf Putter or to apparel, grips, accessories or any other non-club item sold by Holder Golf or purchases shipped outside the contiguous US. If you are an international customer or outside the contiguous US, it is your responsibility to pay for the return of the putter to Holder Golf covering any applicable shipping and customs charges both in the country of origin and the US. 

**Holder Golf must receive your request for Return Authorization within 30 days from the original order date and that return must have a postmark (or ship date) within 37 days from original order date.  Outside of those parameters, you will not receive a refund.

***THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CLEARANCE, USED, DEMO OR FACTORY SECOND PUTTER SALES OR TO GRIPS. All putters that are sold as clearance, used, demo or factory seconds are NOT included in this offer and refunds WILL NOT be given for putters sold as clearance, used, demo or factory second.  

 **** A minimum $20 Return Fee will be deducted from ALL putter returns for refund.

Limited Consumer Warranty

HOLDER GOLF PUTTER WARRANTY:

Holder Golf warrants, to the original consumer only, that its new and factory first** putters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for two years from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer, provided (1) in the case of any putter for which the consumer wishes to exercise the warranty, the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product; and (2) the putter has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is Holder Golf's sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.  For example our 6061 T6 Raw Aluminum Milled putter may show some signs of patina after long term use, this is purely cosmetic and can be buffed out for a nominal fee.

If a defect in a genuine Holder Golf putter appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, then Holder Golf, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect, (2) replace the defective golf club with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the putter is no longer available and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the putter to Holder Golf through any authorized Holder Golf dealer.

LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES FOR ALL HOLDER GOLF PRODUCTS:

REQUESTS FOR REFUND BECAUSE OF THE DECEMBER 23, 2016 USGA NON-CONFORMITY RULING WILL BE DENIED. 

Warranty claims will be handled at Holder Golf's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
With respect to putters, any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original golf club from an authorized retailer, and not from the repair or replacement date.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS, AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.

HOLDER GOLF IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF HOLDER GOLF PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warrantees in any manner whatsoever.
These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE PROCEDURE FOR ALL HOLDER GOLF PRODUCTS
If you have any questions or wish to make a claim under a Warranty or Guarantee, please contact your Customer Service Department via email at service@holdergolf.com. Once Customer Service determines if the product is subject to a Warranty or Guarantee, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the exterior of the package containing the returned product in order to be physically received by the warehouse. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not mean that Holder Golf will accept the Warranty or Guarantee claim as Invalid Warranty Conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product and original receipt. Holder Golf will pay for shipping charges to return the defective product. Holder Golf will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.

**Clubs sold as used, refurbished and factory seconds are not covered under warranty.
