Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and for orders shipped within the contiguous US range between $10 and $17 for putters and between $7 and $8 for grips. Most orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays) via your chosen carrier with our normal handling times of 5 business days for standard putter lengths and grips, and 5-8 business days for custom length putters.*** We do offer Overnight, and 2 Day Shipping** for an additional cost.

*We do offer shipping to the entire world but it is the responsibility of the customer to research the cost and pay for all tariffs. All shipping costs are not refundable.

**Overnight (or next business day) and 2 Day (or 2 business day) Shipping times are calculated from ship date not order date. We do prioritize the handling for Overnight and 2 Day Shipping orders and try to get them to the carrier as soon as possible. This handling time typically is same business day for orders placed before noon Eastern time and next business day for orders placed in the afternoon, on weekends or on holidays.*** Overnight and 2 Day shipping costs are not refundable.

Information we require for shipping, and what we'll do with that information:

Name- Of course we need your name, but we don't share it.
Email- This will be our primary source of contact with you. We do not send any promotional emails nor do we share your email address with anyone not associated with the fulfillment and tracking of your order.
Address- We won't share your address either. Only our fulfillment team (carrier, automated shipping facilitator, etc.) has access to it.
Phone number- This is used only in the event that there is an issue with your delivery (this is very rare). Outside of those rare shipping issues, you will never be contacted via phone by Holder Golf LLC unless you request a phone call, and your phone number will never be shared with anyone not directly associated with your shipment.
